The Northern Bahamas Campus Library has a collection of approximately 2,553 volumes, including non-fiction and fiction books, vertical files, periodical titles, audio-visual hardware and software, newspapers, and electronic resources.

Lending Policies
General Collection
- Present a valid COB Identification Card each time you check out materials.
- Only COB faculty, staff and students can borrow materials with a valid COB Identification Card.
- Students are allowed to borrow a maximum of six (6) books on regular loan within any given 2 week period.
- A book may be renewed once, if a hold has not been placed on it.
- Patrons must pay the present market price, including shipping and processing costs, for replacing any lost or damaged items.
Reserve Collection
- Reserved books may only be used in the Library for 2-hour periods unless otherwise specified. Some materials may be borrowed overnight, or on three day loan.
Audio-Visual Collection
- Requests for audio-visual equipment must be made two days in advance.
- Cancellation of requests must be made at least two (2) hours before the scheduled time of use.
- Media hardware cannot be borrowed on overnight loan.
- Media software are for on-campus circulation and cannot be borrowed.
Special Collections
- Special Collections is a closed collection, that is, only Library staff may move materials from the shelves.
