Scottish Rite of Freemasonry Lodge Supports Education

In a gift aimed at supporting the tertiary educational pursuits of a student of The College of The Bahamas, the Scottish Rite of Freemasonry Lodge recently presented a $1,000 cheque to Secondary Education major at The College Ms. Jarell Williams. The gift will assist with Ms. Williams' educational expenses. From left are Mr. Basil Sands, Grand Master of State, United Supreme Council; Mr. Roscow Davies, Deputy, Orient of The Bahamas, Scottish Rite of Freemasonry; Ms. Jarrell Williams, Education major and student scholarship recipient; Dr. Brendamae Cleare, Dean, Faculty of Pure and Applied Sciences and Acting Dean responsible for Education; Ms. Davinia Blair, Director of Development, Alumni Relations and Development.
