COB Signs Industrial Contract with UTEB From left are: College President Dr. Betsy V. Boze, College Council Secretary Wendyi Poitier-Albury and UTEB President Jennifer Isaacs-Dotson. 13 January 2011 The College of The Bahamas signed a new industrial agreement with the Union of Tertiary Educators of The Bahamas on Thursday, January 13th. While the agreement is in effect it must be registered with the Bahamas Industrial Tribunal in accordance with the Industrial Relations Act. Once the document becomes official, copies will subsequently be made available to all faculty members. The agreement is retroactive to July 1st , 2008 and expires on June 30th, 2012.
