Graduation Evaluation Submission Deadlines for 2011-2012

Fall 2011		September 30, 2011
Spring 2012		January 31, 2012
Summer 2012		May 31, 2012

All forms submitted after these deadlines are considered late and may be deferred to the following semester.

The signatures of: The Student, The Advisor and The Chairperson.
A stamp and receipt from the Business Office.

All meetings will be held in the Auditorium at 6:00 p.m. and will be kept to one (1) hour maximum.
