Graduation Evaluation Submission Deadlines for 2009-2010

All completed Graduation Evaluation forms must be submitted to the Records Department on or before the published deadlines by 5:00p.m. Failure to do so will result in your Graduation Evaluation being deferred to the following period.

All completed Graduation Evaluation Forms should include:
- The signatures of: The Student, The Advisor and The Chairperson.
- A stamp and receipt from the Business Office.
- The Advisement Form (Course outline)

Degree/Completion Letter
Collection Notice
Degrees and Completion Letters for all Summer 2009 graduates are now available in the Records Office for collection. Valid identification is required.
Before collecting the degree you will need to complete the Graduate Clearance Form which may be obtained from the Records Inquiry Office in the Portia M. Smith Building.

Graduation Meetings
Future graduates, your studying and hard work has paid off, it's approaching that time for you to graduate from the College of The Bahamas. To ensure that your special day is one to be remembered, there will be a number of graduation meetings at 6 p.m. in the SUB on the following dates:
