The College of The Bahamas 2010 Commencement Activities
The 2010 Commencement Class of The College of The Bahamas comprises more than 400 students who have mastered various disciplines and more than half of them will receive baccalaureate degrees.
The College's 33rd Commencement activities are being held under the theme: Driven to Succeed, Chosen to Lead and include the traditional Baccalaureate Service; Awards Ceremony; Nurses' Pinning and Commencement exercises in New Providence and Grand Bahama. This year, the inaugural Teachers' Commissioning will also be held where more than 120 graduates of the School of Education will pledge to actively support a vibrant system of education that builds excellence, integrity, respect and national development.

- Wednesday, May 26, 2010 at 1p.m. - Teachers' Commissioning Ceremony at The College of The Bahamas Performing Arts Centre, Oakes Field Campus [Keynote speaker - Minister of Education, the Hon. Desmond Bannister]

Degree/Completion Letter Collection Notice
Degrees and Completion Letters for all Summer 2009 graduates are now available in the Records Office for collection. Valid identification is required.
Before collecting the degree you will need to complete the Graduate Clearance Form which may be obtained from the Records Inquiry Office in the Portia M. Smith Building.

All completed Graduation Evaluation forms must be submitted to the Records Department on or before the published deadlines by 5:00p.m. Failure to do so will result in your Graduation Evaluation being deferred to the following period.
