Status Definitions
Applied - This indicates that your Graduation Evaluation Form has been received in the Records Office with all relevant documents attached. Your form is currently being reviewed.
Certified - Your Graduation Evaluation Form has been reviewed by the Records Office and is awaiting approval from the College of The Bahamas Academic Board and from the College of The Bahamas Council.
Graduated - Your Graduation Evaluation Form has been reviewed by the Records Office and you have successfully met the requirements for graduation. The College of The Bahamas Academic Board and the College of The Bahamas Council have met regarding your Graduation Evaluation Form and declared that you meet the requirements for graduation from the indicated program. Graduates may check the Web page periodically for official pick up dates for completion letters. In order to collect your Completion Letters COB identification must be provided.
Ineligible - A review of your Graduation Evaluation Form revealed that you have not successfully completed the requirements for graduation. If you have not already been contacted by the Records Office, you may call 302-4523 for further information.
If your status is Applied, Certified, or Graduated and you intend to participate in the upcoming graduation exercise, you may contact the Campus Life Office located in the Wellness Center, Oakes Field Campus, at 302-4562.
