Unofficial Transcripts

How to request an Unofficial Transcript within Nassau?
  • Fill out transcript request form and pay at the Business Office.
  • Bring receipt, the white copy, into the Records Office.
  • When collecting unofficial transcripts, a student id is required for current students. An official government issued photo id is required for non-students (e.g., passport and drivers license).
  • When a student wishes to have another person collect an unofficial transcript on their behalf they must put permission in writing that is signed and accompanied by a COB id or an official government issued id. In addition, the representative is also required to present their official government issued id.
  • Unofficial transcripts are printed upon presentation of your payment receipt in the Records Office, unless it has to be researched.

  • Fill out transcript request form and pay at the Business Office at the Northern Campus.
  • Carry receipt, the white copy, into the Records Office at the Northern Campus.

Option A:
  • A representative on the island can come in and request the transcript on your behalf using the steps above.
Option B:
  • Mail a written request for the transcript to our Records Office, along with a money order or check.
    • If sending a check or money order, please add an additional $1 to cover the exchange rate.
    • Please include all of your information from your attendance at the college.

Official Transcripts

How to request an Official Transcript within Nassau?
  • Fill out transcript request form at the Business Office. Make sure the full address is provided.
    • name of company/institution
    • name of office and/or person within the company/institution
    • zip code/postal address
    • city/island
    • state, for U.S. addresses
    • country
    • street address for courier packages
    • fax number, if required
  • Pay for transcript request form at the Business Office.
    • Fax and courier payments are optional but additional cost.
  • Bring receipt, the white copy, in to the Records Office.
    • For fax and/or courier payments, make sure bring that receipt in to the Records Office as well.
How to request an Official Transcript within Freeport?
  • Fill out transcript request form at the Business Office at the Northern Campus. Make sure the full address is provided.
    • name of company/institution
    • name of office and/or person within the company/institution

    • state, for U.S. addresses
    • country
    • street address for courier packages
    • fax number, if required
  • Pay for transcript request form at the Business Office at the Northern Campus.
    • Fax and courier payments are optional but additional cost.
  • Bring receipt, the white copy, in to the Records Office at the Northern Campus.
    • For fax and/or courier payments, make sure bring that receipt in to the Records Office as well.
  • Representative from the Records Office at the Northern Campus will forward the paid receipt to a representative from the Records Office in Nassau for processing..
How to request an Official Transcript outside of the Bahamas?
Option A:
  • A representative on the island can come in and request the transcript on your behalf using the steps under 'How to request an Official Transcript within Nassau' and 'How to request an Official Transcript within Freeport'.
Option B:
  • Mail a written request for the transcript to our Records Office, along with a money order or check.
    • If sending a check or money order, please add an additional $1 to cover the exchange rate.
    • Please include all of your information from your attendance at the college.

General Information on Transcript Processing

How much does the Transcript cost?
  • Unofficial - $5.00
  • Official - $5.00
  • Courier - depends on location
  • Fax - depends on location (The hard copy of the transcript will follow by mail)
  • To include documents along with the transcript (w/o paying for the courier service) - $3.00 for package.
  • Letters to be signed and sealed (to be sent along with transcript) - $10.00
How long does it take to process an official transcript?
  • Processing time for official transcripts is between 1-3 weeks. Paying for courier service and/or fax does not cut down the processing time.
How are official transcripts mailed?
  • Official transcripts are mailed through the post office unless otherwise requested.
What would prevent me from requesting my official transcript?
  • Holds, such as academic, financial and library holds will prevent the payment and/or release of transcripts.
