We place much emphasis on customer service through employee training, highlighting the consequences and benefits of a satisfied customer. The goals agreed upon among our teams as they relate to the overall strategic plan are as follows: -
- The establishment of energy efficient buildings through the use of air-conditioning control, heat/coolness loss and overall reduction in power consumption. This is with the view of a reduction in energy use by at least 30%.
- Campuses going green through the use of green cleaning chemicals by the Janitorial Teams and the composting of shredded papers.
- Budgetary prudence - reduction in expenditures and better utilization of resources
- Continual training of staff to equip them for challenges facing the institution with primary emphasis on technology, customer service and employee workplace safety.
- Continued high visibility of the security services team
- Continued productivity which will be monitored through the established work order forms.
