The office of the Estates Administrator is a facilitator of the employees and assists with growth and professional development. Furthermore, the office directs the construction and maintenance projects on the campus.

The office of the Estates Administrator oversees both the departments of Security and Physical Plant. Its primary function is to assist with the carrying out of their goals as they relate to the College's strategic plan.

We place much emphasis on customer service through employee training, highlighting the consequences and benefits of a satisfied customer. The goals agreed upon among our teams as they relate to the overall strategic plan are as follows: -
  • The establishment of energy efficient buildings through the use of air-conditioning control, heat/coolness loss and overall reduction in power consumption. This is with the view of a reduction in energy use by at least 30%.
  • Campuses going green through the use of green cleaning chemicals by the Janitorial Teams and the composting of shredded papers.
  • Budgetary prudence - reduction in expenditures and better utilization of resources
  • Continual training of staff to equip them for challenges facing the institution with primary emphasis on technology, customer service and employee workplace safety.
  • Continued high visibility of the security services team
  • Continued productivity which will be monitored through the established work order forms.
